Transparent pricing for manufacturing efficiency consultations — fixed starting rates, travel factors, and quote-based engagements.
How we price
Our consultations are quoted after a brief scope conversation. The figures below are starting rates for standard engagements within 150 km of Adelaide CBD. Travel beyond that distance is added at $0.85 per kilometre return. Remote scheduling reviews conducted entirely by video are discounted by 15%.

What affects the final quote
- Staff count. Operations with more than 25 floor staff may need an additional half day of observation.
- Site complexity. Multiple buildings, cold storage zones, or separate packaging lines add scope.
- Travel distance. Sites beyond 150 km from Adelaide incur travel charges as noted above.
- Follow-up coaching. Optional weekly check-ins are available at $220 per hour, booked in four-hour blocks.
Payment terms
Invoices are issued after the site visit or review session. Payment is due within 14 days. For first-time clients booking an Efficiency Assessment, we request a 25% deposit to confirm the date. Deposits are applied to the final invoice.
What is not included
Equipment purchases, physical relocation of machinery, software licensing, and third-party contractor fees are always separate. Our reports may recommend these, but we do not mark them up or handle procurement.

No subscription fees. No monthly retainers unless you specifically request ongoing coaching.
