1. Acceptance

By accessing utilitypoplarfield.click (“the Site”) or engaging Poplar Field Consulting Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) for consulting services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services

We provide manufacturing efficiency consulting for small producers, including on-site assessments, reviews, and written reports as described on the Site. Service scope, deliverables, and fees are confirmed in writing before each engagement.

3. Website use

You may browse the Site for personal or business information purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape content for republication, or use the Site in any unlawful manner.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, and layout — is owned by Poplar Field Consulting Pty Ltd or used under licence. Reports and deliverables prepared for clients remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which clients receive a licence to use reports internally for their own operations.

5. Enquiry form

Submitting the contact form does not create a binding contract. It initiates a conversation about potential services. We will confirm scope and pricing before any engagement begins.

6. Limitation of liability

Our consulting advice is based on observations during agreed site visits and information you provide. We do not guarantee specific production outcomes, cost savings, or equipment performance. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses including lost production, lost profit, or business interruption.

7. Indemnity

You agree to provide safe access to your premises and accurate information about your operations. You indemnify us against claims arising from undisclosed hazards or misrepresentation of site conditions.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
